Discerning a Call to TheoEd Executive Leadership

This course is designed for underrepresented and underserved professors pursuing executive leadership roles in theological education. Participants will:

• Collaborate with executive leaders in theological and higher education.
• Gain valuable insights through a comprehensive leadership 360 assessment, provided in partnership with the FTE Center for Creative Leadership (a $500 value).
• Receive one-on-one coaching to debrief and discuss the results of the 360 assessment.
• Engage with a community of high-performing peers exploring executive leadership.
